Teaching provided within the Department combines traditional and cutting-edge techniques in geology.
Research activity covers a range of disciplines, such as natural science, environmental science, chemistry, physics, genetic inheritance and biomedical science and aims to foster interaction with civil society as well as public and private stakeholders in geology-related activities.
